Contract Location: Kirkland Justice Center

Contract description: This RFQ is to solicit qualifications from law firms or individual attorneys interested in providing conflict public defender services on a contractual basis. The Conflict Public Defender will provide legal representation for all indigent defendants charged with misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor crimes in the City of Kirkland Municipal Court.
