PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

BASE BID: Remodel of existing 1,907 sqft office building; Add on 995 sqft of new office; Bldg is type V-B construction, non-sprinklered, serving City Admin; Site demo includes removal of existing trees, clearing and grubbing, removal of existing ADA ramp and existing bldg entry features; Remodel and addition includes bldg remodel demo, conc foundation, carpentry, joists and trusses, insulation, composite roof, siding, doors, windows, finishes of walls and floors, casework, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical; Site improvements include new ADA ramp and reconstructed north bldg entrance, new south entrance, lawn restoration, landscaping and fence.

ADDITIVE ITEM 1: Metal roof in lieu of composite roof.

ADDITIVE ITEM 2: parking lot includes grading, storm drainage, conc sidewalk, concrete curb, gravel subgrade, asphalt paving, and striping for a parking lot to the south of the City Hall Bldg.

PRE-BID MEETING AND SITE VISIT: May 2, 2023 @ 2:00pm @ Buckley City Hall, 933 Main St, Buckley, WA.

ESTIMATED VALUE: $1.4 million

COMPLETION TIME: Subst Compl: 180 work days. Final Compl: +20 work days

WAGE REQUIREMENTS: This project is subject to WA State L&I prevailing wage rates. Certified payroll will be required.

PRICING REQUIREMENTS: The Bid Form includes ONE (1) Base Bid and TWO (2) Additive Bids. The Base Bid includes FIVE (5) Bid Items. Additive Bid 1 and Additive Bid 2 include one Bid Item each. SEPARATE pricing is required for each Bid Item!
