CBRE-Hill-AECOM SOQ request for King County Harborview Bond Program

The CBRE Hill AECOM Team is requesting statements of qualifications (SOQs) from professional firms interested in partnering for the King County Harborview Bond Program.

SOQs to support the following tasks: Project Management/Coordination, Project Control Services, Program Phasing and Sequencing, Financial Monitoring, Document Management and Control, Graphic Services, Regulatory Compliance, Scheduling, and Technical Review Services.

Submittal Requirements: Submit a two-page statement of qualifications letter by e-mail. Include the firm’s recent relevant project experience, contact information, web address, and certifications to include DBE/MWBE or King County SCS certification. Excluded from the two-page letter proposal: project experience (public healthcare experience preferred), and resumes.
