PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Building construction includes, cast in place concrete, wood framing system, foundation waterproofing, building insulation, sheet metal flashing and trim, new roofing systems, steel doors and frames, sectional overhead, specially fabricated doors, door hardware, glass, painting, HVAC, and plumbing systems, electrical power, lighting and communication systems. Site construction includes site clearing, water, and electric services, grading, drainage control, site and bldg excavation and backfilling, concrete paving and other site improvements.
ESTIMATED VALUE: $600,000
COMPLETION TIME: Subst Compl: 292 cal days. Final Compl: +30 cal days
WAGE REQUIREMENTS: This project is subject to WA State L&I prevailing wage rates. Certified payroll will be required.
PRICING REQUIREMENTS: The Bid Form includes ONE (1) Base Bid and ONE (1) Alternate. Separate pricing is required.
