PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construct a potable water aeration treatment facility including: New treatment facility CMU building and packaged aeration unit within the bldg; construct new well building; install 250 LF of 6″ and 12″ water and 285 LF of 8″ and 12″ stormwater main; install standby generator; install stormwater pond; decommission existing potable water well; demolish existing CMU buildings; relocate existing building to another city site; install valves, piping, instrumentation, and controls; and construct site improvements, landscaping, and fencing.
COMPLETION TIME: 240 working days
ESTIMATED VALUE: $4 – $4.9 million
WAGE REQUIREMENTS: This project is subject to WA State L&I prevailing wage rates. Certified payroll will be required.
PRICING REQUIREMENTS: The Bid Form includes FIFTY-TWO (52) Bid Items. SEPARATE pricing is required for each Bid Item.
