PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Remodel interior of the existing 3 floors of Avanti High School 61,000 sf main building and the 41,500 sf existing Annex bldg, gym and 32,000 sft warehouse area. Work includes hazardous matl abatement, new finishes, accessible fixtures, LED light fixtures and relocation of power and data for all areas. Main bldg work includes reconfiguration of classrooms and office, replacement of first floor wall radiators, and a new DOAS unit for the second floor. Annex work includes a new ERV and furnace to replace the existing AHU, serving new restrooms and art classroom. Exterior work includes tie in of new sewer and electrical utilities.
ESTIMATED VALUE: Base Bid: $9.5 million. Alts: $300K
COMPLETION TIME: NTP: 12/13/21. Overall subst compl: 7/31/23. Phs 1 subst compl: 7/29/22
WAGE REQUIREMENTS: This project is subject to WA State L&I prevailing wage rates. Certified payroll will
be required.
PRICING REQUIREMENTS: This project includes one (1) BASE BID and FOUR (4) ALTERNATES. Separate pricing is required for each. Your firm’s scope of work may fall within several different bid items.
