Bid Guarantee: Bid Bond required in the amount of 5% of the base bid for bids over $300,000.00
Bonding: 100% Performance Bond & Payment Bond REQUIRED upon entering into a subcontract agreement with the MCCM for bids over $300,000.00

Bidders are recommended to register to receive automatic email notification of future addenda. All bids must be submitted in person on the proper proposal form included in the bid documents. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. The MCCM, in conjunction with The GCCM and The Owner, reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
