Project Description:
The project includes the following work: Renovation of the existing Visitor Locker Room at Alaska Airlines Arena at Hec Edmundson Pavilion to provide a revised locker room layout with upgraded interior finishes and new all-gender toilet and shower rooms. The existing occupancy classification and primary use of the space shall remain unchanged.

The Project site is available for inspection by prospective bidders at a pre-bid site meeting and walk-through at Alaska Airlines Arena at Hec Edmundson Pavilion, 3870 Montlake Blvd NE on March 5, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting point for the walk will be outside the loading dock on the south side of the building.
